bookings & Cancellations
To ensure fairness and accommodate all clients, the following booking policy will apply to all appointments:
Deposit Requirement
All appointments require a deposit to secure your time.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Rescheduling Policy
• If you need to reschedule, it must be done at least 72 hours before your appointment to transfer your full deposit to the new date.
• Rescheduling within 72 hours will result in a 25% rescheduling fee, deducted from your deposit, with the remaining balance applied to your new appointment.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will be considered a cancellation, and the full deposit will be forfeited
Cancellation Policy
• If you need to cancel your appointment, it must be done at least 72 hours before your appointment time to transfer your full deposit to the new date.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment will result in a 35% cancellation fee, taken from your deposit. The remaining balance may be applied toward a future booking.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time or no-shows will forfeit the entire deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
No Call No shows clients will require a 100% deposit to book future appointments
Late Policy
To ensure every guest receives the full luxury experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Guests arriving 15 minutes or more past their appointment time may be considered a missed appointment, as we cannot always accommodate services in a shortened timeframe. While we will do our best to adjust when possible, a $25 late fee will apply, and you remain responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service.

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
Please note that a small processing fee applies to all card transactions.
Gratuities cannot be added to card payments but are always appreciated when sent independently to your stylist.

Studio Etiquette
At The Socialite Studio, our goal is to provide a refined, relaxing, and seamless experience for every guest. To ensure the highest level of service and comfort for all, we kindly ask that clients observe the following salon etiquette guidelines.
To preserve the elevated atmosphere of the studio and ensure safety, we ask that only those receiving services attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made. Children should not accompany clients unless they are being serviced.
We invite guests to silence or limit phone use during services. This allows our artists to deliver their best work and helps maintain a tranquil experience for everyone in the studio.
We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior, language, or treatment of our team or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service..
