Booking / Cancellation Policy

Deposit Requirement

All appointments require a deposit to secure your time.

    •    A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Rescheduling Policy

  •    If you need to reschedule, it must be done at least 72 hours before your appointment to transfer your full deposit to the new date.

 •    Rescheduling within 72 hours will result in a 25% rescheduling fee, deducted from your deposit, with the remaining balance applied to your new appointment.

•    Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will be considered a cancellation, and the full deposit will be forfeited.

   

Cancellation Policy

    •    If you need to cancel your appointment, it must be done at least 72 hours before your appointment time to transfer your full deposit to the new date.

 •    Cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment will result in a 35% cancellation fee, taken from your deposit. The remaining balance may be applied toward a future booking.   

 •    Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time or no-shows will forfeit the entire deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

Card Processing Fee

Please note: Any deposits paid by credit card are subject to a processing fee. In the event of a reschedule or cancellation, the processing fee is non-refundable and will not be applied toward future appointments or reimbursed.
